How the Order System Works

For Buyers

Placing an order is simple and secure. Here are the steps:

  1. 1. Find the Product: Look for products with a "Place Order" button. This means the seller accepts orders.
  2. 2. Place Your Order: Click the button, and enter your information such as delivery address and phone number.
  3. 3. Choose Payment Method:
    • Cash on Delivery: Make the payment when the product arrives at your door.
    • Bank Transfer: Make the payment to the seller's bank account and upload the receipt to the system.
  4. 4. Wait for Confirmation: Your order is sent to the seller and its status appears as "Pending". The seller needs to confirm the order.
  5. 5. Your Order is Shipped: When the seller confirms the order, you will receive a "Your Order Has Been Shipped" email, and the order status will be updated to "Approved".

For Store Owners (Sellers)

Receiving and managing orders is very easy. Here are the steps:

  1. 1. Activate Orders: When adding or editing a product, check the "This Product is Open for Order" box. Don't forget to add your bank details in your panel.
  2. 2. New Order Notification: You will receive an email when you get a new order. You can also see it on your "Incoming Orders" page.
  3. 3. Check the Order:
    • If Cash on Delivery: Prepare the product for shipping.
    • If Bank Transfer: First, check the receipt from the panel and confirm that the payment has been received in your account.
  4. 4. Confirm the Order (Ship it): Press the "Confirm" button on your "Incoming Orders" page or from the link in the email. This action automatically sends a "Your Order Has Been Shipped" email to the buyer.
  5. 5. Complete the Delivery: Ürün alıcıya ulaştıktan sonra, panelinizden "Teslim Edildi" butonuna basarak siparişi tamamlayın.
